Elite Promotions – The Booking Process

Your chosen entertainment and the booking process itself is a vitally important part of your wedding day plans. Opting for the added security of booking through an agency such as Elite Promotions gives you peace of mind. We ensure that you are legally contracted to the entertainers, and they are to you! Remember that wedding bands are often booked one, two, three or more years in advance. Agency security gives you the assurance that if there are any changes, you will be informed. At Elite Promotions we have a strict policy of advising brides and grooms immediately of any changes. Lets have a look at how we will handle your initial enquiry, arranging a viewing, the paperwork and ‘what happens next’.

Your initial enquiry

When you first contact us we will concentrate on the style of band, disco or entertainment you are considering. Whenever possible we prefer to have a telephone chat with you BEFORE we suggest possible options. We will then advise on who is available for your wedding date together with the fees of those you are interested in.

Arranging a viewing

We are firm believers in NEVER BOOKING A WEDDING BAND BEFORE YOU HAVE SEEN THEM PLAY LIVE. We host regular wedding band showcases where you can see top wedding bands performing at the same  event. If it is not possible for you to attend we will make arrangements for you to view the band at a suitable event.

The paperwork

Once you have decided on your entertainers we confirm this to you in writing and ask you and the entertainers to sign and return a copy.

What happens next

When we send you the paperwork we also send you details on what you can expect to happen from the date you book right up to the big day. This includes why we send you a form as you get closer to the wedding. At this time we ask you to re-confirm your timings etc. We will also ask for your choice of first dance and any requests you would like played. Obviously you are welcome to contact us at any time prior to the wedding to discuss the entertainment.
