Finding wedding entertainment in Aberdeen
aberdeenweddings.com will shortly launch an online service to help you find the perfect wedding day entertainment. It is often difficult to view wedding bands as they mainly perform at weddings and private events. You would not want to ‘gate crash’ another couples big day to have a look at a band! Our golden rule is NEVER book a wedding band before you see them play LIVE! Here at Elite Promotions we provide various options to help you do exactly that.
Firstly you can visit our own YouTube channel to get a feel for the type of entertainment that is out there. Depending on the time of year you can also pay a visit to our Elite Wedding Show. This is our own wedding exhibition which we combine with our popular Wedding Band Showcase. These shows are ‘normally’ held twice a year at Ardoe House Hotel, Aberdeen on a Sunday afternoon. At the exhibition there will be up to sixty wedding suppliers. They will be delighted to discuss with you all that is new in the ever changing wedding market.
In a seperate area you can relax and view up to six Scottish wedding bands performing LIVE. They will ‘audition’ for you and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. These events have proved to be a popular event for future brides, grooms and family guests. As a result of this success we often hold additional ‘band showcase only’ events. These are normally held midweek at a local hotel or venue. There may be offers of a discount if bookings are made on the day. Our next planned showcase was to be Sunday 1st November 2020 but obviously all events have been cancelled due to CIOVID-19. As soon as the world returns to ‘normality’ we will announce the details of our next show. Entry to the wedding exhibition AND showcase is always FREE and you should register online to be kept up to date.

We always work with acts we have found to be talented, reliable and with a professional attitude. The entertainers must also accept and appreciate the important role they have to play on your big day. When you book with Elite Promotions we only require a small deposit to secure your booking. After this we are happy to discuss payments to suit if this would be of interest. We also offer the option of entertainment gift vouchers where family members and friends can gift you vouchers which can be used as part or full payment towards your entertainment fees. This can solve the problem of what to buy you for your engagement, birthday or Xmas gift prior to your wedding. All aspects of your booking are updated to your personal file and forwarded to your entertainers.
