At Elite we prefer to work with a small selection of tried and tested bands, DJ’s and entertainers. The reason being of course is that we have worked on a freelance basis with them in the past and we are comfortable they deliver a professional job for our clients. However we are always on the lookout for new faces and if you feel we could work together get in touch. It should be emphasised that we mainly book acts for events, weddings and corportate clients. Whatever event you are planning Elite Promotions can help. We always start by asking you for your ideas . After noting your preferences, ideas and possible budget, we get to work on your behalf. We firstly offer options, video clips and information not available on our site of a selection of options that could suit what we have discussed. After you advise us on which options might work for you we will check availability and possible fees. The fee we quote will always include the cost of all sound and light equipment and travel. There would not be any add-ons! If you are satisfied we would then contract the act to you, and you to them. Elite Promotions will always keep you informed of any changes that will affect your booking from the time of the booking up to the event.
Elite Promotions have gained their vast experience in weddings and events over three decades. We discuss events and weddings on a daily basis with clients, brides, grooms and venues. There is not many musical requests or questions we have not heard over the years. As many bands are booked one, two or even three years in advance it is wise to have the protection of an agency such as Elite Promotions watching your back over that time, just in case!
