Bring a fun casino to your event!
We offer the most popular Casino games of Blackjack & Roulette as an excellent fundraiser or as an extra to your event. Other games are available for the more experienced players.
A Fun Casino can only be played for prizes, strictly no cash can be for used during the time the tables are in play.
Players can purchase ‘Fun Money’ at the event which can be personalised with your logo, see below. The fun money is exchanged for playing chips at the tables. You then play in exactly the same way you would in a real casino. The tables remain in play up to a maximum of three hours. At the end of that time the croupiers will cash in and give the organizer a list of winners. You can then award prize/s as you wish. The event can of course be adapted to suit your requirements and we are happy to offer advice on additional ways you can raise funds at this type of event.
The ever popular Race Night fundraiser.
There are two options we can provide. If you wish to run the event yourself our basic package consists of?
- Advice on how to ensure your Race Night is successful.
- Eight individual races which can include horse (flat), horse (jump), dog, trotter and even PIG RACES!
- A ninth race for a winners or auction race if you decide to have one, plus a spare race just in case!
- Eight sets of numbered tote tickets for races 1 to 8. An extra set of tickets for a ninth race is available for a small additional charge.
- Programmes with your club charity or club logo on the cover. The horse names can be personalised if we receive details seven days prior to your event.
- Horse numbers and payout ID cards for the ‘tote’ table.
- Tote calculation sheets for up to nine races.
Our GOLD PACKAGE includes all the above plus the giant screen, projector, compere / host who will work out the odds on your behalf. The host is also your DJ who will play up to the end of your event. In effect we run the entire event for you and you provide the staff to sell tote tickets etc. Elite Promotions will not get involved in handling cash so you will also need a ‘treasurer’ for this important part of the night.
