Finding my band

It is critical to see your wedding band LIVE before booking and so we hold regular wedding band showcase events. This FREE event is open to you both and members of your bridal party. Always a popular event it gives you all the chance to view, meet and compare up to six top bands on the same day. The bands ‘audition’ for you and other future brides and grooms attending. The Elite Promotions team will of course be on hand to offer advice and answer any questions you may have  and check availability.

You can book your band at the showcase and special discounts may be available on the day. As you would expect for such an important part of your wedding day, all our bookings are confirmed in writing to both you and the band. At that time you also receive a timeline with full details on what happens between the booking and your big day.

Booking my band

Each of our major bands are allocated a booking manager and you will have them as a single point of contact from day one staright through to the wedding day itself. We offer a personal service and bands having a direct booking manager is proving to help this greatly.

Paying for my band

Elite have also launched a new way of budgeting for your band with our entertainment gift voucher scheme. Vouchers can be purchased and redeemed against any form of wedding entertainment which is booked through Elite Promotions. The vouchers can be used towards a deposit or as part/full payment of your chosen entertainers. These are proving highly popular particularly as so many wedding dates being changed due to coronavirus. What better gift can family and friends can give you as an engagement, wedding, birthday or Xmas gift? Of course the happy couple can also purchase them as a way of budgeting for their entertainment.
