Elite Promotions entertainment gift vouchers scheme!

Our new scheme offering entertainment gift vouchers is now LIVE. Under the scheme vouchers can be purchased and redeemed against any type of entertainment provided by Elite Promotions. They can be used as a deposit, part payment or full payment for your chosen entertainment.

The value of the voucher is entirely up to you, the minimum value is £25 and there is no upper limit. Vouchers can be redeemed against the wide range of entertainment options and services provided by Elite Promotions.

These include;

Weddings – party or ceilidh band, disco, daytime entertainment, piper, harpist etc.

Charities or sports clubs – After dinner speakers, celebrities, comedians, fun race nights, casino nights etc.

Companies – Event management, event entertainers and bands, themed events, corporate entertaining etc.

Venues – Cabaret acts, tribute acts, discos, event bands, etc.

This scheme is currently only available in the North of Scotland but will be available in other areas soon

Who could benefit from using the entertainment gift voucher scheme?

Future brides and grooms

The perfect engagement or wedding gift from family or friends. Happy couples can include the facility on their ‘wedding list’ when they invite their wedding guests. These can be used for their main entertainment such as their wedding band or any other entertainment provided by Elite Promotions. You are welcome to purchase vouchers at any time you wish to ‘top up’ their wedding entertainment budget! Couples who have already booked their entertainment with Elite Promotions in the future are more than welcome to take advantage of this facility. Although it must be emphasised you do not need to have a booking in place to purchase vouchers as this can be done later.

Individuals

If you are planning a ‘special birthday’ or event, this facility is perfect. It enables you to spread the cost of your party or themed event to any budget you decide.

Charities & Sports Clubs

Due to the current pandemic, numerous charities and sports clubs have seen a huge reduction in their fundraising. It has also affected their ability to do anything about it! Because of this it is imperative that as soon as some form of normality returns they must be in a position to plan. Putting a little aside now can ensure you are ready to put an event in place immediately. Supporters of the club or charity are also welcome to use the scheme to donate whatever they can, when they can. As a matter of interest the first voucher purchased was by a local amateur football club. They had to cancel their fundraising dinner due to COVID and are desperate to book its replacement ASAP!

Private Business

Companies who organize private events such as a summer BBQ or company dinner dance can purchase vouchers whenever it suits. This can help budget for a particular client event, staff party or event management. Budgeting is now more important than ever and any form of putting a little aside for future events is always a good idea. Client entertaining is another area that can be included in the voucher scheme. Corporate hospitality packages or places at local events promoted by Elite are eligible.
